Collaborative Community Connections works with our adults to meet their daily needs.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

This involves supporting individuals in the following areas:
<\/span><\/span>Job Search<\/span><\/span>
Volunteering<\/span><\/span>
Recreational Outlets<\/span><\/span>
Association with Community Resources (the Abilities Program and Kerry’s Place)<\/span><\/span>
Educational <\/span><\/span>Enhancement (Section Class for those 21 and younger, and other associated educational resources)<\/p>

Collaborative Community Connections looks at each adult as an individual and strives to meet their unique needs through appropriate enhancement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Independent Living Program<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Our Independent Living Program is designed to assist with the transition of young adults who do not require daily support.
Our team will check in with Transitioning Adults in this program and provide mentorship for their short and long-term goals.<\/p>\n

Transitioning Adults in our Independent Living Program reside in one of our dozen plus Semi-Independent Living Homes.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
